TWO-SPINDLE SEMI-AUTOMATIC TURNING LATHE SPS 2/25 CNC
SPS 2/25 CNC is a two-spindle semi-automatic turning lathe with numerical control. It is designed for external and internal roughing and finishing works on shafts and flanges components, as well as for thread cutting, drilling or boring, turning of cones and various shape rotation surfaces.
The machines feature shear bed and one cross support on which a controlled turret with tool holders VDI 40 and VDI 50 is placed. The bed guiding areas are grinded and hardened, the counter-surfaces on bed slide are covered by slide substance. The basic version machine is equipped with 12-position turret; also the machine can be equipped with two turrets (6 and 8 positions) with driven tools.
SPS 2/25 CNC can be equipped with Siemens SINUMERIK 840D or Fanuc control systems. The feed movement on Z axis and X axis is carried out by servo-drives Siemens SINAMICS 120. The machine has technical parameters of a new one after overhaul and modernization performed by System Engineering Company s.r.o. The lathe is completely equipped so machining can be started immediately after installation of tools.
